Natural Cure for Yeast Infection

There are many people looking for natural cure for yeast infections today mainly because over the counter options are more expensive, tend to work only on the symptoms and not the cause so the infection will return, and come with unwanted side effects. If so many people are using natural rather than medicated there must be something to them! Natural remedies are very easy to get and to use and do not have side effects to worry about. They are better for your over all health too. So there is no need to put extra chemicals and drugs into your system when nature has the answer for you.

Below are some natural options you can act upon now that will work on that nasty infection.

Natural Yogurt – Natural yogurt has good bacteria in it that your body is probably low on, and it is these that fight the fungus and control its growth. Load up on these and you will find it a fast remedy. There are a few ways you can use the yogurt. Eat it every day or apply it directly to the infection either using fingers or dip a tampon in it and insert it. It will fight the yeast and sooth the burning and itching symptoms you have.

Tea Tree Oil – Just a few drops of this oil can work wonders. Use it directly where the rash is and it will get to work right away. You can feel it working because it may smart a little or tingle at first, but it will go away taking the symptoms with it. This can also be dripped onto a tampon to insert it though you may want to dip the tampon in olive oil first otherwise the tea tree oil soaks into the tampon.
Apple Cider Vinegar – Use a cotton ball and dab it on the area or add some water to it and wash the area with the solution. You can also add a cup to a bath and soak in it.
